Isolated Quad Sink & Source Digital Output Driver Modules
| GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SNKQI and SRCQI are electrically isolated, quad,
output drivers that require minimal external components for
safe operation from 9V to 65V at continuous load currents
up to 350mA. Both devices have a complete microprocessor interface
that includes a reset function. The reset guarantees that
all outputs will be disabled during power-up.
Isolation for both devices is 2500Vrms for one minute which
makes them ideal for applications with high transient voltages
and different ground potentials.
The modules come in an encapsulated 40 pin DIP package and
are interchangeable. |
